
Chuck’s Tropical Pork
4lbs – Pork Loin
2 –16 oz. Tropical Fruit Salsa Tubs
Put Pork loin in pan and dump the tropical fruit over the pork loin cover with lid. Put in oven at 325 degrees for 3.5 hours on bake.

Chuck’s Chicken Style
4 - Pieces chicken breast 5-7 oz.
1 – 16 oz. Artichoke garlic salsa or any of your favorite Chuck & Dave’s salsa
Spray the pan with Pam, then add the chicken breast. brown each side of chicken then add the artichoke garlic salsa, cook for about 10-20 minutes until the salsa thickens in pan.

Chuck’s Famous Chili
2 onions
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 tbspn chili powder
½ tbspn cumin
4 – Green Pepper
4lbs. - Ground sirloin or buffalo burger
1 - Red Gold diced tomato w/ hot chilies
2 – Brooks Brand Chili Baked bean 14 oz.
2 – 16 oz. Mexican Style Medium Salsa Tubs
2 – 16 oz. Smokin Hot Salsa Tubs
Chop up the onions, garlic and green pepper add to the pot, sauté
Then Add the ground sirloin, chili powder, cumin cook until browned
Add Red Gold Diced Tomatoes, Brooks Chili Baked Beans, Chuck & Dave’s Salsa
Mix well
Add additional cumin and chili powder your personal taste buds
Let simmer for 45-60 minutes mixing as you go..then enjoy
